Communities of color and allies are welcome

Join us on July 2 as Black Women Housing Alliance presents: Be Well Festival – Celebrating Communities of Color in the Puget Sound.Meet us in the park at Delridge Community Center at 2 pm where we will be taking a well-earned moment to celebrate our health and wellbeing.We will serve delicious food, have meaningful conversations in this safe space, enjoy music and dancing, and have lots of games for our youth and kids. We will share health and wellness information including free COVID-19 test kits so you can keep yourself and your families safe. Join in and grab some of the multiple giveaways that will be on-site.

Talking about your health concerns in a safe space is a great way to get correct information and make positive decisions for your health and well-being. Check out this conversation by Fathers and Sons Together (FAST) and Converge Media as they document conversations and community interaction at FAST's "Barbershop Chat, Chew & Play" event in September 2021.
